Platform Role
MyCostPilot is a hosted AI gateway and SaaS control plane, not the AI model provider itself.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your provider accounts, prompts, generated MyCostPilot API keys, and downstream provider usage.
Billing
MyCostPilot may offer a trial, then require a paid subscription managed through Stripe for continued access.
Using MyCostPilot
By using the product, you agree to these operating terms.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any MyCostPilot feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use MyCostPilot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
MyCostPilot provides tools for storing encrypted provider credentials, proxying AI requests, reviewing usage and spend, applying budget-aware controls, and managing subscription billing. It does not replace your relationship with OpenAI, Google Gemini, or any other provider you choose to use.
Trial and Billing
Trials help you evaluate the product. Paid plans keep it running.
MyCostPilot may offer a limited trial period so users can test the workspace with their own provider keys. After the trial expires, continued access to some features or proxy functionality may require an active paid subscription.
Subscription billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe and the MyCostPilot operator to charge recurring fees, taxes, and any other applicable amounts based on your chosen plan.
You are responsible for keeping payment details current and for reviewing subscription notices, invoices, and renewal activity.
Gateway Rules
MyCostPilot can apply traffic controls to keep the service stable and predictable.
MyCostPilot may apply request limits, retries, provider fallback behavior, budget warnings, or budget-based blocking rules depending on your plan, workspace configuration, and the state of the service.
Generated MyCostPilot API keys are intended for your authorized systems. You are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for revoking or rotating them if they are exposed or no longer needed.
We may change or suspend gateway behavior when reasonably necessary to maintain security, stability, abuse prevention, or compliance obligations.
Acceptable Use
Use the product lawfully, responsibly, and with authorized credentials.
- Do not violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not proxy or store credentials you are not authorized to use.
- Do not share generated MyCostPilot API keys outside the systems and people you authorize to use them.
- Do not use integrated AI providers in ways prohibited by their own terms or policies.
Third Parties and Your Content
You control what gets sent through your workspace.
You are responsible for the prompts, payloads, provider credentials, and outputs that move through MyCostPilot. You must ensure you have the rights and permissions required to submit and process that data.
MyCostPilot depends on third-party infrastructure, billing, and AI services. We are not responsible for their outages, pricing changes, policy changes, model behavior, retention practices, or data handling practices.
Warranties and Liability
There are important limits to what we promise and what we are liable for.
MyCostPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the MyCostPilot operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service during the period immediately preceding the claim, where permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or respond to misuse. Terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
